DOMINO’S DELIVERS WI-FI HOTSPOTS AROUND THE U.S.
Domino’s Pizza, who has mastered ordering convenience with Domino’s Anyware, has now made delivery just as convenient. Customers no longer have to be at an actual address for delivery as Domino’s has created 150,000 delivery “hotspots” at parks, beaches and other locations that do not have a traditional address. These 150,000 delivery points are predetermined and easy to find when placing an order via the Domino’s smartphone app. Now a bus rider could place an order and have it waiting when he steps off the bus at his final stop.

This experiential purchasing opportunity also encourages social sharing, further spreading brand awareness. While other brands have experimented with AR shopping, this is the first time it has been offered at a large-scale, live festival event.
