Last month we saw Taco Bell unveil a new drive-thru/pickup concept designed to meet a growing need for low-/no-contact interactions. The Strong Roots items have become best-sellers for the food truck, and grocery stores in areas where the food truck delivers are experiencing an increase in coupon redemption.
