OLD SPICE GOES BEYOND THE BARBERSHOP WITH NEW STORE

The men’s grooming brand, Old Spice, will open a brick-and-mortar location with a retail store, barbershop, content studio and product lab in Columbus, Ohio, next month. From the wooden-boat reception desk to brand-inspired features to celebrity barbers bringing their talents, Old Spice is looking to go beyond the traditional barbershop experience. The content studio located inside the space will serve as a way to bring real-time social and digital content to the brand’s audience as they try to navigate manhood.

SNAP LAUNCHED ONLINE PURCHASING IN 2019—NOW WHAT?

SNAP launched online purchasing in New York in mid-2019 and has since rolled out to nearly every state in the U.S. This allows SNAP recipients to use their EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) cards. TARGET INVOLVED IN NEW MIXED-USED PROJECT IN MIAMI

Target is part of the development plans for a mixed-use development “located in Miami’s West Little Havana neighborhood,” which will include apartments, offices and a shopping center. Target is slated to take up almost a third of the entire shopping and retail spaces and will be a big deal in improving the community. Construction on the project will begin this summer.
