Pepsi shares recycling dos and don’ts

As part of its pep+ transformation strategy, Pepsi has unveiled its Pepsi Trash Talk platform, which features NFL players discussing best practices for recycling via PSAs and an interactive game. The larger pep+ (pronounced “pep positive”) platform seeks to educate consumers about sustainability and includes a pledge “to reach net-zero emissions by 2040.”

Walmart and Ford pilot self-driving delivery

Shoppers in areas of Miami, Washington D.C., and Austin will soon be able to place Walmart orders for autonomous delivery. The partnership with Ford and the Argo AI Self-Driving System marks the retailer’s “first multi-city autonomous delivery collaboration.” Ford says initial integration testing in the cities will begin before the end of this year.

Neiman Marcus launches virtual footwear showroom

Upscale fashion retailer Neiman Marcus has partnered with digital media platform Hypebeast to launch its first shoppable virtual showroom. As part of its Re-Introduce Yourself campaign, customers can shop 11 exclusive footwear products from luxury brands in “a digitally recreated retail floor.” Select styles will also be available at Neiman Marcus retail locations.
